The Story
Our clients were a three generation family wanting to find a house that they could all live in together, but with their own separate space. It needed to split into two flats – grandmother in one, daughter and grandson in the other. Each flat needed to have space for two bedrooms and its own kitchen and living room. After only a few viewings together, we were able to show our clients that the only likely architectural style that would provide the right layout to be split in the way they wanted was an extended 1930s house, or something unique. So when this double fronted house came along, a rarity in their search area, they knew just how special it was. Despite a competitive bidding scenario, we were able to secure it for them at a great price and exchange contracts within two months.
What the client said
"In all the messiness and trauma of buying a new house, appointing 360 London was the best decision we made. Jamie is supportive, encouraging and most importantly skilled at negotiating. He is totally trustworthy and knowledgeable, and has totally exceeded our expectations of the role he would play. I have already referred him to another friend without any hesitation."
