We’ve gathered together the questions we’ve heard most over the years. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, get in touch and we’ll come back to you as quickly as we can.

Buying agents advise and represent buyers throughout their search, helping them secure their home for the lowest price possible. We work with estate agents to view and secure properties for our clients, but they negotiate on the seller’s behalf, and buying agents negotiate on the buyer’s behalf.

Until now, access to buying agents has been reserved only for high net worth individuals buying in London’s wealthiest enclaves. Minimum fees prevented the service being viable for anyone buying with a six-figure budget, and the individual buying agents weren’t experts in a wide variety of areas. 360 London are changing that – one happy client at a time.

This can be a ‘how long is a piece of string?’ question, but most transactions complete within three to six months of the first viewing. Once an offer has been accepted, it typically takes two to three months.

Yes, we can. We have a network of trusted professionals, all of whom provide an excellent service and great value for money.

If a purchase falls through for any reason, we carry on looking and we don’t stop until you’ve picked up the keys to your new home. We only charge once we have reached exchange of contracts, so there won’t be anything more to pay.

Don’t worry – we’ll never put pressure on you to buy anything. If it takes a long time to find, we would consider that our fault, not yours, and we don’t charge any more for a search taking longer.

Absolutely! We can either organise property tours when you’re visiting London, or use videos and video calls to remotely show you properties. We’ll take care of everything.

Anytime. We’re always keen to be with you from the very beginning, but that doesn’t stop us helping you no matter how far into the process you are. Put simply, if you’re even thinking about using us, it’s the right time to get in touch for a chat.

Yes. Finding a home is a process, full of ups and downs, and we want to be there to guide and advise you throughout that process. The service would be useless to you if we were competing with each other for who introduced a property. We would have to send you everything, rather than shortlisting the best, and we’d be incentivised to push things on you, rather than giving expert and impartial advice. But! We don’t want to take the fun of Rightmove away from you either – by all means send us properties you’ve seen online and ask us questions about them. The chances are we’ve either viewed them already and discounted them, or we’re booked in for a viewing.
