The Story
Our client had a good idea of what he liked, but wasn’t sure whether he wanted to be in a smaller flat closer to town, or a bigger one further out. We helped him understand exactly what his budget would get him in the various locations and, after our first property tour together, we focused on two areas closest to central London: Battersea and Pimlico. Having initially had an offer accepted on a beautiful flat in Battersea, we had to withdraw because of an insurmountable problem the seller refused to resolve. We then found an equally beautiful flat in Pimlico. This flat wasn’t without its problems during the conveyancing process either, but we handled everything, keeping stress away from our client.
