The Story
After renting a basement flat for five years, our client was desperate for a light, sunny space that ideally had a terrace with a view. However, he was also hoping for a building with character. This elusive combination came together in an architect owned and refurbished period conversion that fit the bill perfectly. Due to the rarity and quality of this property, there was a lot of interest and agreeing the purchase was no easy task. Using a delicate, yet persistent, approach to the negotiation, we secured it on the condition that we met very quick timeframes, something we achieved thanks to our fantastic network of solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors.
What the client said
"360 London have been invaluable. What I found particularly remarkable is that they always kept a critical view about every property that I liked, rather than adopting a “my job is done” attitude at the first property I liked. My initial concern was that there would be a conflict of interest - where they have an incentive for you to buy as quickly as possible. That wasn't my experience at all. They were extremely patient and supportive."
