The Story
Our clients had just had their second baby and the last thing they needed was to spend precious time searching for a property. Our depth of knowledge in the area meant we could curate the most time efficient property tours and show them the perfect flat the second time we took them out. The property was reduced in price and a large amount of interest and offers meant we had a fight to secure it. Our long relationship with the selling agents meant we were able to convince them our clients were the best option, despite not being the highest bidders. During the conveyancing there were several delays and issues. It was great to be able to shield our clients from the worst of the hassle and stress, allowing them to focus on their new family member.
