The Story
Our clients were selling their freehold house in Higham Park to move to a more central, vibrant area. Our challenge was to find them something that didn’t feel like they were downsizing, while still ensuring they had an easier commute to work and were within walking distance of restaurants, bars and the city atmosphere they were currently missing. One of the first properties we showed them stood out, but unfortunately the vendor took the property off the market. We continued to show them some great options but, as time went on, they never got the property in Bermondsey out of their minds. We knew the estate agent well and suggested to the clients that we work with the agent to approach the sellers to see if they would reconsider. We managed to secure the flat for our clients without it ever coming back to market.
