The Story
This client had a clear brief and realistic expectations, however she was looking at an area with a large concentration of very similar, recently built developments. It was imperative that we found her a ‘best in class’ property that would age well and have good resale potential. We found an exceptional apartment in a new development and negotiated hard on the price. Once under offer, we also fought the client’s corner in negotiations with the developer to make sure all snagging was complete prior to her moving in, making sure flat was in impeccable condition and ready for the client to enjoy the view!
