The Story

This client loved her rental flat in a Georgian square in Islington and was keen to find a home that combined period character with a more modern layout and finish. We began with a focused tour to show what was achievable within her budget in Islington and nearby areas, before introducing her to the Driffield Conservation Area in Bow, an more affordable area she hadn’t considered, but which gave her a peaceful, tree lined street as well as a second bedroom. The flat attracted strong interest, with multiple offers over asking, and we ensured her bid stood out and was accepted. As a first-time buyer, she was understandably concerned when the survey highlighted a few issues, but we guided her through further investigations, helped obtain quotes, and negotiated a fair price reduction.

What the client said

"Jamie and Gabbie were amazing in the process of helping me buy a flat! They found a lovely flat and introduced me to an area of London I wasn't as familiar with, but have come to love. Their knowledge of London is extensive and was so valuable in helping me find my home. As a first-time buyer and someone navigating the process alone, I truly couldn't have done it without 360 London. Jamie and Gabbie were highly communicative, always made themselves available, and were thorough professionals throughout the process. Jamie is excellent at negotiating and helped me through a challenging offer process. Thank you both so much!!"
