The Story

In total, we worked with our clients for two years before they bought their new home. When they first signed with us, they were considering relocating from Bristol to London to be closer to their children, but they hadn’t definitely decided. Despite spending much time in the capital, they also weren’t familiar with the more residential areas. They looked to us to identify and recommend all relevant locations, and show the types and prices of properties available in each. Meeting every few months, we took them on a series of property tours to introduce them to every area that met their requirements – covering the length and breadth of London.

Once we had shortlisted the best areas, our clients decided they would definitely make the move. And, after years of looking, we ultimately found the perfect property for them: a unique and exciting house on Camberwell Grove. The ‘ballroom’ at the back of the property was unlike any room we have seen outside Prime Central London. Not only that, but due to an early owner’s morally-questionable land grab, the garden was larger than any we, or the selling agent, had ever seen on this road. The property is a true gem in every sense.

What the client said

“We highly recommend Jamie. We have worked with him twice now. He knows London and the market, he has a great network which allowed us to visit houses early, and is an excellent source of advice. He is also dedicated, patient, responsive and a pleasure to work with.”
