The Story
Our clients were selling their flat in order to move. We managed that sales process for them and found a beautiful apartment, overlooking the river, for them to move to. Unfortunately the other residents of the building refused to allow our clients’ dogs, so we had to withdraw from the purchase. Our clients still wanted to pursue the sale, despite not having anywhere lined up to move to, so we negotiated a long-stop completion date and set to work in finding an alternative property to buy. In only two months, we managed to find an incredible house, negotiate a fantastic deal and manage the conveyancing process through to exchange and completion, making sure that we tied-n the completion date of the purchase with the sale, so that the clients didn’t need to find any short-term accommodation between properties.
What the client said
“This is the second time that Jamie has advised us on a home purchase in London. His calm approach belies a ruthless ability to negotiate the best deal for his client. The savings he obtains more than cover his fee. He also removes all the hassle and stress from the process. In addition, he managed the sale of our apartment, securing a decent price for us and a 6-week completion period…Highly recommended!”
