The Story
Our Californian clients needed a property that could be used as a pied-à-terre for two/three months of the year. Their children go to school in England, they have family in Surrey and friends in London, so they were keen to spend more time here. They also wanted to enjoy everything London has to offer, so were keen to be as central as their budget would allow. Looking across so many areas of London meant we had to cover a huge area. Making the most of our clients’ short visits was paramount, so previewing and shortlisting the best of each area prior to their arrival was key in helping them understand exactly what each area could offer them. Each visit gave them a clearer idea of what was possible and which areas were likely to work best for them. After a few property tours, we found the perfect place and managed to negotiate an excellent price relative to recent sales in the building.
