We started the search with a focus on the client’s favourite area – Herne Hill. It quickly became evident that the area wouldn’t give them the size they needed, so we helped them discover new possible areas that would give them everything they liked about Herne Hill. Before long, East Dulwich became the area of focus and, despite very little coming to market, we secured a fantastic flat for an even better price.
