The Story
Our clients were based in New Zealand and, whilst they had a good knowledge of central London, their search area was quite large. On their first visit, the properties we showed them focused on the ‘best in show’ for each area they were considering. Being able to help people make an informed and confident decision after only one week in the city is really rewarding for us. They fell in love with a great flat overlooking Hyde Park and, despite competition, we were able to secure it for them. Unfortunately, a change in circumstance meant this property no longer worked for them, and instead they needed something for their son. We helped them extricate themselves from the purchase without any residual bad feeling with the sellers, and instead found them an equally beautiful flat in Farringdon.
