The Story
Our client wanted to be in a family-orientated part of London with good schools. On our first property tour, we showed them various locations and how property styles and prices differed in each. As their search progressed, we identified pockets of south east London that they fell in love with, and we secured a number of off-market viewings in these areas. Not long afterwards, a house came onto the market on their dream road. We were quick to jump on the opportunity and were the first to gain access. We agreed the sale the following day – before anyone else had seen the property – and, as part of our offer, made sure no further viewings took place. We even managed to secure the house for £15,000 less than our clients were prepared to pay.
What the client said
“360 London were invaluable in helping us find and purchase our dream house. We had spent a long while looking prior to appointing Jamie & Lewis, and their help and expertise took a lot of the stress and strain out of what could have been a very arduous process. We wouldn't have been able to do it without them.”
