The Story
Our clients came to us knowing where they wanted to be, but were flexible about what style of property they wanted to live in. Our process for this search included researching everything from new developments (both off-plan and completed) to period properties. During each property tour, we explained the differences in pricing and future saleability for each style of property, as well as the merits of each new development and the individual unit we were viewing. This was based on everything from location to layout, service charge to services and size to outlook/views.
We were delighted to secure the property we did – it is one of the most exciting and stylish properties we’ve ever seen in East London! And to agree a price of less than £1,000 per square foot in this area was a huge success.
What the client said
"The assistance provided by Jamie was professional, essential, timely, market-wise, and focused on our best interests at all times. Jamie brought value-add at every stage of the process. He covered a huge amount of territory to pre-vet properties for viewing, briefed us on local nuances on housing stock and fair market value, had excellent insight into how spaces might or might not work for our purposes, and expertly project managed the process (including negotiations) from offer to signing to completion. As if that wasn’t enough, Jamie is also a pleasure to work with. I absolutely would not countenance purchasing another property without Jamie’s assistance."
