The Story
Our client is a professional photographer with a hectic work schedule and extensive travel. Our job was to ensure his lifestyle didn’t mean he missed out on the best properties. Wanting to be within easy walking distance of his studio space near London Fields, there was a limited number of streets that met the brief. We found him a cool, open plan space with excellent light and wonderful views. However, it wasn’t a straightforward purchase. We needed to manage extensive investigations by various surveyors, engineers and contractors, and negotiate with all parties to ensure the best possible deal for the client, which included the addition of the loft space and an overhaul of the roof, without our client having to pay any more money. Despite all the added complication, we made sure we got the best outcome for the client and that everything was as simple and stress-free for him as possible.
