The Story
After living all over East London, our clients had a very specific search area already set out, but they were struggling to find a property that gave them the airy, open space they wanted. We gave them three carefully curated property tours highlighting the benefits of different property styles available in this part of east London. Their need for light and open entertaining space meant there was a clear winner: a modern, open flat with fantastic views over Haggerston Park. The flat had multiple bids over asking price, but we pitched our offer just right and managed to secure it.
