The Story
Our client wanted to find a similar property to their rental flat – a light, airy, period conversion in Finsbury Park. We looked at a variety of properties in range of locations, but the places we were seeing just didn’t have the size she needed. We introduced the client to the Harringay Ladder, an area she hadn’t considered before. This location was close enough to her familiar haunts of Highbury and Finsbury Park, but meant a freehold house was possible within her budget. A great value, off-market, opportunity came up and thanks to our relationship with the agent, we secured the house for our client despite being outbid by other buyers.
What the client said
"House-hunting can be a daunting process, and working with Jamie and Gabrielle at 360 not only made the whole process manageable, but also enjoyable. They paid attention to my needs - aesthetically, financially and practically- in order to help me find the right fit, and they helped make the entire process smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend the team!"
