Our clients were relocating from Edinburgh and had limited time to view properties in person. Their main priority was to find a home within the catchment of good schools. After selecting the most affordable areas within an easy commute of their new job – St Albans, Mill Hill and Kingston Upon Thames – we were able to show them what each area could offer them for their money. St Albans stood out as the favourite, and we found them a house they immediately loved.
