Our clients didn’t live in London and had been struggling to see anything they liked on their visits here. The attraction of engaging us was therefore initially in the time saving, and cost-saving, elements of the service. But by the end of the first property tour, they grew a new appreciation for the insight and expertise they had access to, and walked away convinced that Highbury was the area that was going to deliver them the right balance of space and quality. It was then up to us to find them a house they would love. Thanks to our relationship with a local agent, we found a beautifully finished, off-market option. We were able to get an exclusive viewing, the prior to the open house launch, and secure the purchase before another buyer had even walked through the door!
