Our client, based in the US, relied on our extensive knowledge of a specific area in Islington as they purchased a property remotely. After whittling the search down to only a few buildings, the challenge was to secure the best possible apartment at the right price. We worked with our contacts to source an off-market apartment with the right outlook and size. We then negotiate a great price – significantly lower than any similar flat had sold for since the building completed in 2016.
