The Story
Houses in London with off-street parking and a large garage are rare. With such a large search area, our clients needed guidance on where they could find a house that would met all of their criteria. We gave them advice on exactly what their money could get them in different locations and took them to see the best examples available in each area. We then found the perfect house – over £350,000 below their maximum budget. We had to act fast as the house had come back onto the market after a previously agreed sale fell through. We managed to secure the property for £815,000, which was £20,000 less than the previous buyers had agreed to pay.
