The Story
The perfect property for this client had to tick a lot of boxes: a characterful conversion with high ceilings and plenty of light, as well as a garden for growing things. It also needed to work for potential multi-generational living, with as few stairs as possible and space to build a garden room for his mother in the future.
The spring market in E8 was highly competitive and his schedule meant trying to keep on top of his property search was incredibly difficult, let alone being able to be first in the door for the most sought-after properties.
