Our clients were looking for a pied-à-terre that could also be a good long-term investment. At the outset they weren’t sure how much they wanted to spend and how big a space they might need. In only two property tours were able to give them an in depth understanding of the areas and find them the perfect property for them, at a price of only £885 per square foot – significantly less than equivalent properties were selling for in the area.
