When she first came to us, our client had already found two properties she liked and had submitted an offer on one of them. As investment quality was her number one priority, she wanted our opinion on which of the two flats was the better option and whether her offer represented good value. Conscious of time, we carried out a detailed review of both properties, including an in-depth analysis of local market data (comparables), and sent this to her within 24 hours.
