The Story
When she first came to us, our client had already found two properties she liked and had submitted an offer on one of them. As investment quality was her number one priority, she wanted our opinion on which of the two flats was the better option and whether her offer represented good value. Conscious of time, we carried out a detailed review of both properties, including an in-depth analysis of local market data (comparables), and sent this to her within 24 hours. It was clear to us that she had chosen the better of the two flats, and was buying at a great price. We quickly recommended a solicitor and surveyor, and re-confirmed her offer with the estate agent. We then managed the conveyancing process all the way through to completion, negotiating some difficult obstacles along the way and taking the pressure off our client. There was only eight weeks between the client signing our contract and her picking up the keys to her new home.
