The Story
Our clients were trying to find a good value, characterful space as close to Bermondsey Street as possible. They had been disappointed with the properties they had seen before engaging us. They wanted to have us as an advocate, supporting them and using our connections with local agents to ensure they were at the front of the queue for new or off-market properties. The best flat for them had been under offer for some time but fortunately became available again. We were quick to see it but an offer came in from another buyer shortly afterwards. However, our relationship and reputation with the selling agent got our clients in the door. We submitted a competing offer and it was accepted the week before Christmas. Thanks to a great team of solicitors and surveyors we work with, our clients were able to complete the purchase and move in by the end of January!
