The Story
Having rented in London for eight years, our client was keen to lay down roots for the long-term. One of the problems with being so close to the centre of London is that it often doesn’t coincide with tranquil, green views. So we had our work cut out to find a property that inhabited these opposing ideas. Despite the tough nature of the search, we were able to show him the perfect flat. As only one of two buyers to ever view the flat, we were able to secure it before it even reached the internet.
