Our client was selling his flat in a modern development and wanted to up-size to a period (Georgian/Victorian) house. He wasn’t sure whether to buy a larger, 3+ bedroom house further away from Shoreditch, or a smaller, two-bedroom house closer in. After guiding him through the different areas and advising him on the various types of house that each area had to offer within his budget, we found the perfect house in Jesus Green, Shoreditch.
