There was a very wide scope of areas for this search and, due to the pandemic, our client couldn’t get to London. We therefore had to adapt our approach. Much of the initial communication about properties and areas was done over email, before moving to video viewings to show everything in more detail.
Despite the challenging circumstances, we managed to find a beautiful flat for our client, and significantly under budget. We even managed to get much of the furniture thrown in!
