The Story

Our clients were renting a two-bedroom flat with no outside space, and didn’t feel that they necessarily needed any more space than they already had. We showed them the best flats available in the various areas of South London, close to Penge. However, we also introduced the idea of looking for a house slightly further out. The clients had recently had their first child and our thinking was that, if they bought too small, they would have to move again in the relatively near future. Moving house is costly, and we didn’t want our clients to make any decisions without understanding all their options. As soon as we introduced the idea of a house – close to a high street, a station and a park – they loved the idea. It was then just a case of waiting for the right one to become available. A fantastic house came back on the market after falling through during lockdown; within 48 hours, we had viewed it and had an offer accepted. The seller even agreed to cancel the numerous viewings that were due to take place over the coming days.

What the client said

“Jamie started from scratch for us, helping us understand what we wanted from a property and how best to achieve it. He used his extensive knowledge of the market to show us a wide range of properties so that when we found the right one we were able to move swiftly and decisively. The assistance he provided all the way to completion was invaluable and made the whole process significantly easier. I have no hesitation in recommending 360 London.”
