The Story
Our clients wanted a first home that would suit them now, but would also transition into a family home within the next few years. Many of the houses we looked at for them needed an overwhelming amount of work, or were too far from a station for their commute. Rather than asking them to compromise and consider a flat that neither of them wanted, we introduced them to an area with affordable housing stock that could give them a great sized house, the commute to work they were looking for, and good schools and parks close by.
