The Story
Our client had a wide brief at the beginning of the search, and gave us a huge area to cover. We recommended various styles of property in many different locations, saving our client countless hours searching online and in person. Our client faced the oldest of all property-buying conundrums – location vs size. Each property was either too small or too far out from Central London. But we didn’t give up. Eventually we found a unique house that met the brief perfectly. The live/work nature of the building meant that it provided excellent value for money – only £575 per square foot – and therefore gave the space our client was looking for, in the right area, and within budget!
