The Story
Our clients were returning from Australia to an area they knew well. They had a clear picture of their ‘forever home’ – particularly the size of garden they wanted. Unfortunately, most of the houses in the area they were looking in don’t have gardens that are 50ft or bigger. We started the search by showing the clients how frequently the type of house they wanted came to market. We did that by looking at details of historical sales and identifying houses that might have worked for them. They fell in love with a property that sold the previous year, on a street where houses rarely come on to the market. Thanks to our relationship with local agents, we were able to source a house on the very same street. The house never came to market and we were the only people to see it.
