The Story
My clients had a wide search area and they wanted guidance and advice on exactly what their money would get in all the different locations. After giving them a clear understanding of the size and type of house that they could buy, and how that differed depending on the location, I introduced them to an excellent value house in Walthamstow Village – £200,000 less than many of the houses in the same area. Having been certain that their budget wouldn’t stretch to the Village, my clients were delighted to offer on the house. A higher offer than ours was subsequently submitted, but the seller stuck with us because we set everything up correctly to show ourselves as reliable and trustworthy buyers.
